Default losing fat.

hey peeps.

i've been using the gym for ages now ( just over five years ) and never had any success in shifting the excess fat. i train five times a week targeting a different muscle group on each day. i do abs and core work on three of these sessions as well as thirty mins cardio three times a week. i'm quite happy with size but really want to strip the fat away so you can see the muscle definition. as far as cardio goes i'm limited to low impact exercise as i suffer from shin splints if i run so i tend to use cross trainers and interval training on the bikes. any ideas on how i can shift the flab as i'm fresh out of ideas.

yeah i thought that but i generally eat really healthy. low fat high protein foods but also non complex carbs just to keep the energy levels up. i avoid most types of sugar and sweet stuff such as ice cream or chocolate and don't really drink much or eat junk food. still no joy though
