it increases the oxidation of fat cells, meaning that it will lower your fat percentage.

only downsides i felt were that it dehydrates you quicker than you normally would and you feel a bit hyperactive now and again, bit like after having a couple of red bulls.

i noticed a hell of a lot more definition within days!

 

i find when i'm aiming to lower my fat percentage a little that i start to lose some size as the body responds by developing more of a fitness physique, the hydroxycuts helped keep my size, and as said, target the fat cells. hey presto!!

 

Hydroxycut couldn't cut butter if it was a razor sharp knife. You haven't been around the block yet mate.

One of its main ingredients is Ma huang, which is used in chinese remedies and its also has ephedrene........basically its like legalised speed!!

BEWARE though, read up on it before you take it as it has its dangers and people have actually had heart attacks and died whilst using this stuff!!

I've started taking something called "Inferno Thermogenic" tablets. They are pretty similar to Hydroxycut. I took them on Tuesday before I went to the gym and they are pretty effective. I felt like I could breathe far easier and I had more stamina to keep on running where normally I would have given up.

The only down side is I sweated buckets and I couldn't sleep very well, but apart from that they weren't too bad.

I need to take something that will give me energy but I need to be able to sleep too and suffer with Fits and panic attacks!!! Fucked up really but I need something to help me through the day!

 

they have loads of different stuff dependant on what make you get but most have Ma Huang or more commonly known as Ephedrene. This is a similar substance to the class A illegal drug - Speed!!

Wouldn't advise taking it if you don't burn off it's effects in the gym though!! Definately not to be used as a pick me up......try Red Bull!
