Default Lower Chest excercises

Guys can anyone advise on lower chest/pec excercises

upper, im fine and really get a good workout on them

Lower.. feels a bit.... left alone!

I dont have acces to a declining bench at my gym, so cant do decline dumbel or barbell pushes

Can you not place some plates under the end of the bench to raise it?

Although flat bench should hit your lower chest just fine?

try dips mate, they are really for cutting up ur chest specially the lower part.

and another 1 is using cable cross overs but you ve got to make sure ur back is straight.

As badboy said, i've heard dips are good if you can't fasion an decline bench...

i use a reebok step under a bench to create a decline.

most gyms have one of them knocking about
