Reflex instant whey....
Right finally got myself some of this bad boy stuff, quick question though.
On the measurements im not to clever, it says 2 measures (approx .25g.) So would that be .50g or just .25g.

From scouting about a few sites this is the info I got..
Servings and Dosage
5lb (2.27KG) Container
Serving size : 25gm - 91 servings per container
Instuctions for use: Take 2 measures (approx 25gms) and mix with 400ml of water or skim milk.
Consume 2 - 3 servings daily.
So thats 25g per serving.. not 50g.
