or buy some dusters that worked 4 me

 

Simple answer - no
I dont think the size of your bicep is gonna make your punch better.

I,m a 6'3" lanky piece , but have plenty of martial arts training, which would prove more valuble than big biceps. Sure it helps with strength, but you,d be better of learning a MA.

Failing that move to a nicer town where pub fights are not too common

sorry, I have no youtube account, to watch this video, it has an "over 18 years verrification."
But it can really be, that I was "black filmed" during an fight and this guy is now making money with my art of fighting, anyway.

A little description of me is: "skin head", muscular like van Damme but 50 pounds more weight than he, always ripped, shredded and cross striations all over the body to that time, no tatoos, skin was always white with a little tan, chin a little forward placed because of an chinbreak I get in one of my early fights, let me say I had the physik of Dorian Yates but not so much muscle's, because this is contraproductive in fighting and a more round and bigger head than he and a stronger neck.

this is a short video of my friend Stefan Hentschel, who died of an suicid some days ago.
The vid shows him in the red light area St. Pauli. In the 70's and 80's and in the early 90's he was the King of St. Pauli and controlled all.
Whenever I stayed in Hamburg, St. Pauli, Germany I visited his Eros-Center "Base" and did some Sparring with him in the famous red light area pub called "Ritze" who had an Boxing Gym in the underground area.
He was an excellent fighter.

look at him and you can imagine me, Stefan was only a little bit taller than me, but head and face are nearly the same.

And guys, take a look at Stefans bone shaddering right fist. The guy in the vid did not remeber his own name 3 days after the open hand hit to his left chin corner.

Let me end this post in Memoriam of Stefan Hentschel, one of the greatest guys ever and an close friend of mine, who lived his life always full throttle.
