want to lose weight n tone up, what should i eat?
im 24

weight 16.5 stone
want to get down to 15 stone but also build bit of muscle
at the moment i eat
breakfast - 3 x weetabix
lunch - bowl of tuna with low fat salad cream, mullerlite yorghurt
and fruit thru the day as a snack
even meal varies from meat n veg, to spag bol, curry, etc
is this an ok diet?
just quit smoking, n i do go to the gym but i'm quittin that and setting up my own at home

jesus! pretty complicated aint it
will have to have another good read of all that to take it in
its getting pretty daughting all this, keeping fit, losing weight shit

Just keep it simple mate.....it's all in that post, that's why it sounds so complicated.
Stick to the basics and you'll do fine, if not get in contact with Paul Eggleton and he'll work it all out for you.
Just break it down as follows;
Breakfast
Snack
Lunch
Snack
Dinner
Snack
Eat the above every three hours and remember small meals often are far better than 3 large meals.

think i'll get my diet in order and worked out, before sorting my training out properly. think it may be a bit 2 much to take in
