hi there cossie crew.yeah iv got a good knowledge on the gear.when you compete you dont have much choice but believe me its alot of hard work with or without the gear.i just love bodybuilding it gives me a good purpose in life and keeps me focused.

Blimey, 11lb lost in 6 weeks is quite an achievement when your not exactly fat to start with, nice work Mart. Just think, thats the BHP per Tonne increased slkightly more for free... great value.

Couldnt of put it better myself, like he says... its damm hard work!! 24 hour sport round the clock day and night!!

Your looking in fantastic condition there mate and rightly so after 10 yrs hard graft in the gym!!

cheers ged.your looking good mate keep up the hard work.the hardest thing for me is getting in al them clean calories people dont understand how much you have to eat.bores me to death eating the same shit day in day out but its the most important part.you can work your arse of in the gym but if you eat shit or not enough you dont reep the benefits and if you go out on the piss you might aswell say good bye to half your workouts that week hence iv been out 3or 4 times in the last 2 years.hope it al pays of for me soon

Hes right ya know, i hardly go out any more, nothing worse than workin hard through the week and when the weekend comes goin on a mad bender. I never weigh myself anymore, that sh1t depresses me!! If you loose a couple of pound you start to panic!! I think I look good but there is always room for improvement!! I think ive come on quite a bit since the first pics i posted? What you guys think?

My gym is really good, lots of good peeps train there!! I say you only get out as much as you put in, and how much can you afford to have the perfect body. Believe me Jay cutlers food bill aint cheap!!

If i could afford it, Id go on a 6 month course of growth!!

My diet consists of kfc, mr kipling cakes, few protien shakes a day, and whateva food i have for my tea. Could be anything, but if I look this ripped through eating owt. Imagine how much more ripped id be if i dieted properly and added cutting agents into my routine.

Abc physique would require alot more maintenance than mine because hes got alot more dense muscle on his bones and his diet has to be bang on along with his cardio in season comps.

I just do it coz i luv it!! Gets you away from all the everyday stresses in life!!

You will never look like BIG RC!!

You cant put a time on it, all depends

on dedication, will power, breaking the pain barrier to the extreme, perfect diet\nutrition, lots of gear, sleep. Master all these over a period of 5yrs and who knows.

Its a 24 hour sport pal.

Its much harder for a white man to shape up than a black man. A black man has twice as many receptor sites than a white man.

Ronnie coleman is probably the biggest bodybuilder to date, although there are people with the same size arms and chest ect as him I.E jay cutler, lee priest. Ronnie coleman has one weakness compared to other top bodybuilders and i think its his calves. my favourite is defo dorian yates. It takes pro bodybuilders all their lives to look like they do, like ged says, diet, sleep, gear, and dedication.

Mate you for real?? Do you think you get arms that size just through eating chicken and weetabix...

They endorse many supplements. Lets say RC has Myoplex sponsering him, if he says in an article that he gets 24" biceps through steriods than people arent gonna go out and buy the Myoplex. They are gonna wana have the roids.

They think, if I have the myoplexes what RC has, than maybe they (the reader) can get that big. Plus myoplex could sue him and withdraw their sponser.

So he has to say hes natural in order to boost sales for Myoplex.

Myoplex probably would give RC Ł250,000 worth of Myoplex and then RC would sell it in his fitness store, spend the money he makes off that on something he wants. Like more chrome for his Hummer!!

some pics of my slightly flabby physique. Need to throw off a couple of stone before I start uni - as it's cardiff and I want to be challenging for their 1st XV. As you can see toning is not my strong point, but as long as the strength is there tbh I dont care all that much (I only say that because I'm jealous )







The only things I am happy with are my thighs:



Which now refuse to go beyond 300k's on the inclined leg press - any ideas?

Something which does need a lot of work though is my bycepts - only at 16inches at the moment. So will see how that improves by September.

Same has happened to me Dave, plenty of weight to lose but dont want to diet until i absolutely have to as my strength gains have dropped away greatly as it is without me restricting the diet as well.

Oh well.. will keep it up and hope for the best. Changed all my days around, including rest and routines. Literally everything is different, may have the desired effect.
