some pics of my slightly flabby physique. Need to throw off a couple of stone before I start uni - as it's cardiff and I want to be challenging for their 1st XV. As you can see toning is not my strong point, but as long as the strength is there tbh I dont care all that much (I only say that because I'm jealous

Something which does need a lot of work though is my bycepts - only at 16inches at the moment. So will see how that improves by September.
