Default 2 Litre into mk5 Fiesta

Anyone done a 2litre zetec or Duratec Conversion?
Just wondering how easy they would be to do and what power to expect standard?

Cheers

Hi mate,

Both Zetec and Duratec conversions have been done many times, your best bet is to sign upto www.zsoc.com (free to sign up) and do a quick search as there plenty of guides/advice regarding these conversions

Sorry to catch this thread so late. I've got a mk4 fiesta with a focus rs lump in there. It's a mk1 lump so same fitment as a 2.0 blacktop zetec.

Any particular questions??

Hi Churtz,

Do you have any pictures of the rs lump in your mk4 (specifically the mounts, gearbox and exhaust).

Thanks, Phil.

I'll try to get some pictures over the next few days if you still need them....

Well it all depends on what engine you go for to start on fitting wise. theres the zetec-e II engine then the Zetec-R engine then The Duratec engine.
Zetec-E = 130/6bhp
Zetec-R = 128bhp
Zetec-R ST = 170bhp
Zetec-R RS = 215bhp
Duratec = 142bhp
Duratec ST = 147bhp

So pick which engine first.....
