headlight problem!!!!!!!

my fiesta st mk6 headlights dont adjust anymore when using the switch on the dash, anyway to adjust them manually? as i can only see about 1ft in front of me, ford want £150 for a new light

if you can only see 1 foot in front of you ,YOU SHOULD HAVE GONE TO SPEC SAVERS MATE LOL
