Ok so I finally plucked up the courage to spray in the inside of my headlights, all came apart no problem took my time doing them. Once done put them back together as they came apart and resealed with plenty of silicone sealant.

Been back in a few days and now the adjuster for beam keeps making both of headlights adjust right down facing the floor, every so often they will adjust back up to normal level by themselves and then within a few minutes then will drop back down to the floor!! this is very frustrating, any help or guidance would be gratefully appreciated
