Default help needed with zvh turbo conversion

a m8 has just bought a fiest turbo with a 2.0 zetec bottom end in it, but its missing a couple of parts

the starter mototr is a std fiesta turbo one but the owner has said that it wont fit as its too big and it catches on the turbo oil return where its fed into the sump and we need to get a diesel one as its shorter.
does anybody know what starter we need?
also the alternator isnt on the car, will that go straight on or will we need different brackets for it?

also wh have cossie management to fit to the car, does any1 know what sort of job it is to fit?

and finally what are peoples opinions on the 2.0 zvh turbo engine running cossie management with a decent cam and map and a T3.

A thread can drop off the main page in the general section in about 20 minutes mate, just bump it back up as necessary.

Hi there. I think you got some of this wrong. But on the other hand there are a few things you acctually convinced me with. Can you add more to that?

well my m8 has, im picking it up for him tomorow

do you know anything about the car/conversion???

ive been told ray mason built the bottom end by jay,
i then spoke to oddkid creations and he said he built the bottom end/conversion and ray mason did the head(stage 3)
then some1 else i know said ray mason probably built the whole thing for oddkid
but oddkid doesnt know what starter motor to use either. lol

any ideas?

i used the standard starter motor and alternator bracket on my zvh

move the oil return but failing that i dont know if the diesel starter any shorter.
see jano odd kidd about fitting cossie management with the right parts its an easy enough job.
you should be looking @ 230-250bhp and maybe 300fbt depending on who doing the mapping.

I have done nothing on this car or the engine!!!!
PLEASE DO NOT GET CONFUSED!

The old owner (Jay) bought a sump off us thats it.

ALL OUR ENGINES ARE BUILT BY A PRO (Ex Mountune)

Please do not bring OddKidd Creations into this, as the car has had no work done by me!!!!!

If you would like any help sorting it out by all means you can contact me as i am familiar with what your problem is and what needs to be done.

Regards

The type we use has an External 2 bolts which hold the main part of the starter motor together. It is obviously shorter in length compared to the Std RST item.

Not sure what car it comes on but if you have a wonder around breakers and look at the ford you will find one for around Ł25
