Default power cable

how do i run a power cable from my battery 2my boot on my fiesta mk3 1.6 si as i cant see any where 2put the wire through on my old saxo there was a big grommet to put it through i could really do with some help 2day plz peeps as i need 2get my vibe sub in and running by tuesday as im off on a roadtrip 2 cornwall cheers in advance simo

drill a hole ya self and put a grommit in it

i dont really fancy drilling it as i woodnt know where it comes through

Remove the washer bottle and there is a dirty great grommet some 3-4" in size where the wiring goes into the car. Make a small hole in that and pull it through (make sure it's tight as you don't want any water finding a way in.

Only downside to this is it does mean a more lengthy cable run but at least you're not drilling anything

you mean the header tank



just remember to seal the hole up properly - i made a new hole behind where the ecu is as i am relocating the battery in the boot

are you blind man as oranoco says, there a huge rubber grommet on the left hand side (as your standing at the front facing the engine) where ALL the engine loom goes into the car

cant miss it really

thanks for the advise guys ive found that gromet and got the cable running thru there and i must say the vibe sub sounds awsum

lol its very punch yet it can still drop to the really low notes just need to sound deaden the tail gate as it is rattling like hell
