Default Standard clocks

it now seems after seeing a few fiesta rs turbo's around that my car has the wrong dials fitted

it currently has 140mph white dials and i'm pretty sure all rs turbo's came with 150mph black dials ? is this true

so really i'm driving around with the speed completely wrong as the needle will probably show a different speed to what it would have with 150 clocks? so for instance if the speedo is reading 130mph on my 140 clocks then it would read about 140 on 150 dials

has anybody out there got a set of black faced 150mph dials they would be willing to let go , i don't want the whole cluster though cos i want to keep the one i have as the car has only done 64000 miles.

anybody

ah ah ah i never said it had the wrong clocks just the wrong dials. someone before me has fitted white dials and i was wondering if they should have 150 or are they ok with 140? i know the mileage is correct as i have EVERY MOT,tax disk, service history and loads of other things to back it up.

maybe its ok then? i thought that being an early car that it may have been the reason for the 140mph clocks, but i found a few press photos that i have ( of the first g reg cars like mine ) and they had 150mph clocks .
