Default t2 or t3??????????

my standard turbo is getting a bit tired and a bit smokey, what shall i go for? A lso how much preload should be on a standard t2?

yeah thats what i was thinking, my s2 had a t3.5 hybrid from power engineering, is it an easy conversion? not that it matters!

its all down to personal preferance, would u mind a bit of lag or not!?!?
you got to choose a suitable turbo for your engine spec etc
you can read a guide on how to fit a T3 on www.fiestaturbo.com

i agree with gav. there is no right or wrong answer here. its up to you, what do you want from the car, what is your driving style, what will the car be used for, etc!

depends what your after

when i had my hrbrid t2, i was running 10psi, and i beat my mate in his low comp t3 hybrid running 14psi off the light easy

but then he'd prob kick my ass over a longer distance etc

U should also consider a escos t28.. Flows better than a t3.. Fits onto t3 manifold if u were gonna do the conversion anyways..

i have a t2 stage 2 and it's runing 15psi and could do 30psi so i was told by Turbo Dynamics spins up straight away

iv got had a T2, T25 and a T3 on my frst up to you really but the T3 gave me less problems with smoke and handled boost better, although iv recentley killed my T3 and im putting a turbo from a 4x4 serria on it

im also thinking spoke to nick at frankenstien my go all out for a t35, with erst exhaust housing
