me n a m8 of mine have just brought a fullybody kitted mk3 fez, complete with alloys n then lot, was really cheap as its little 1.1 engine is dead,
we've took this out, but now we r tryin to find a nice rs lump to put in its place.
does n e 1 knwo of where 1 is?
how easy of project is this 2 fit?

The suspention will have to be changed if not for handling then for the fact that the CVH engine weighs a lot more the the 1.1 ovh.
Brakes would be a good idea, I have a set of RS1800 calipers sat in my garage if you want to upgrade to stock RS setup (never miss a sale
), or you could go for a Cossie setup or perhaps summin bigger
As for the change of engine it's not to but a job, the basic engine goes striaght in, you'll need the loom and ECU as well and that's really a peice of piss to put in, just plug it into the right places and bang in the ECU.
You'll also need the RS Rad, intercooler and fan setup. I think you my (sure I'm right) have to change the tank, or put a pump in the one you've got.
Like DmcL said your best bet would be to get a rotten or read ended FRST as a donner car.
