or a 168,000. lol

Ok well I don't know if it's hydraulic on an m plate, but my s reg diesel van is hydraulic, My 5th gear went on my box so whilst it was out i put in a new clutch. My clutch pedal is still high tho, and so is my friends zetec s that we did.

Check the cranshaft seals when u get the box out too.

its cable, me and a mate done mine in 5 hours with no engine crane,

get a haynes and have a go.

stick a jack under the engine,
pop the front ball joints and track rod ends, pop the shafts out, starter motor of, move egr over, undo the engine to tranny bolts, (think theres 8) undo the snti roll bar, (its an 18 mm socket so make sure you have one,

then drop the box when you undo the craddle, i just wobbled mine out lol

your cars the same colour as mine aswell lol, do the inside of your front tyres where stupidly quick ?

my rs2000 wears on the inside and thats down too tracking. every time i get it done it just goes again after a few hundred miles, also check the lower arms if they are worn it will be impossible to get tracked up properly
