help, my fiesta rs turbo sounds like a diesel

Default help, my fiesta rs turbo sounds like a diesel

i have put a new head on it and it run fine for two weeks then it all went wrong . i put new sparkplugs in with no luck and after a couple of days i checked the plugs and they were all black apart from one it was still new so ichecked if it was sparking and it was . i have done a compression test and there all fine . i have now put new injectors in and i still have no joy , can any one help . cheers

i would have said headgasket, but if you have done a compression check then i dunno

what do you mean by went wrong? what happened?
first of why did the head gasket need changing in the first place?

u said u put a new head on it. so cheak the timeing make sure all timeing marks line up and see if the timeing belt is tensoned correctly

seems odd to me to have 1 clean plug, water does this(blown gasket etc) but you would have a lot of white smoke. this leads me to think its a lack of fuel on that cylinder, so check the wiring to the injector & the cam for a worn lobe.
