Hi all, can anyone help with a prob with my fan switch plug. i need a new plug and im sure ford can supply a new one withh a loom. can anyone supply the finis code as my dealer cannot find one listed! cheers for your help guys

 

come guys please help!! i know you can get the plug with a loom as i used to work in a ford dealership and remember supplying them! look forward to hearing from you all.

 

If its the coolant temp sensor(which would turn the fan on),it could have slightly melted due to a bad connection(seen this before on various cars).Best thing is to get a new plug from ford and go to a scrap yard and cut the connector of a car with a cvh engine as they are all the same

 

from ford you used to get the connector,2xterminals and a plastic spacer.the spacer is no longer available and i can remember supplying plugs with looms but i cant remember the finis code or where they were listed! any current parts people able to help in man in distredd!

 

you can still get a plug, you get a blue plug with a few inches of wire on it, i have the finnis at work, if i remember i will get it on Monday.
its costs about £20.
