No had it done to me on my old rs1600i and i had to replace the whole front end, and funally enough it happned to my new fiesta thats just had a new scuttle and screen, what condition is your scuttle panal in mate??? hows it running though ????

Hello mate,
Well chuffed with the engine, then this happens
The scuttle isnt that bad just bent up at each end from the bonnet brackets! Its the roof im worried about it has three big dents going across the top of the windscreen. Think the roof is bent down slightly at the front and dought a new screen will go straight in?!
Just truely gutted!!

Not good mate, mine was lucky it never effected the roof at all, i bet yours was the same as mine fitted with bonnet pins????? mine happened when it was running zetec turbo and had the big cooler in the front

I did it too the rs1600i and i had to replace both front wings, scuttle, bonnet, screen and it was all genuine your will be easy sortewd mate get it into the bodyshop asap before you get pissed off and break it.

The roof is the bad part!!
You can see in the pics of the side of the sun roof that the kink goes along down the side

My everyday runner, well doesnt get used all that much as i have a company car.

it more or less bolted straight on....its just the new light panels that where the worse part, the old ones needed cuttin out n the new ones welding in!
there the old ones that are on there in the pic, with the new ones its all lined up proper now....looks weird really, nice, but confusing lol
