escort and fiesta turbo gaskets are the same. As for the water hose the best place will prob be FORD if you want a standard hose? it sounds like you have the modified hose so you wont have pay £40-£50 for the hole thing just the short bit you are talkin about witch will be about £10-£15

As above it;s the oil return and yu will have to get it from Ford (£33 ) and you will also need the push fit block insert for it (£1). Don't use jubilee clips use the proper spring clips or as I found out te hard way the hose likes to split if you swing on it

Mobil1 all over the drive and the missus going

or go to somewhere like ..oi dan (5.03 sec 1600)whats that place in brentford called where we got your t3 oil feed pipe made???

They could probably make a special pip made up for you with the actual screw fitting and it would be braided to it wont split
bet it wouldnt be far off that price either

piece of piss, get to the scrappy and find a piece as long as its thick enough should be okay, mine came from a renault 11 turbo breather pipe and it ain't failed and it well thicker than the ford item and cost 10p

Cheers guys we got over that problem and its fitted, only problem now is i had a bleedvalve fitted thats running 14psi and he only has a standard ecu. What ways are round this can he run 10 on a standard ecu ?

also another stupid how do i turn the boost down ? which way turns it down ? and shall i just bin the bleedvalve ? will he be able to run 10psi on the -31 actuator ?

are there any other usefull bits we should be looking out for on a turbo swap ?

cheers guys

i have tried breather pipe and i have found they dont last! as i found out after heat wraping my down pipe for the 2nd time so in the end i got the proper pipe from FORD then heat wraped the exhaust AGAIN and had no probs with it for a 2 years .

as for the bleed valve take it off for now and put a straight piece of pipe in instead. To turn the boost down if the boost is still too high without bleed valve fitted then you will have to disconnect acuator rod and unwind (anti-clockwise) it 1 full turn will normaly turn the boost down buy APPROX 1.5psi good luck
