Default what bhp should i get from the mods

Hi people ive finished the engine and i'm just running the engine in now
here's the mods ive done:
Mahle low comp pistons
Escort cossie fuel pump
Stage 2 m/s/d chip 195
Beige injectors
Kent cvh35 cam
Stage 2 Head with a few trade secrets
pro alloy front mount intercooler
Stage 2 t3 with bigger impaler
Collins -31 actuator
Cossie plugs
Mongoose exhaust
Timing set up properly to the cam. i.e by what kent say the timing has to be.
kent vernier pulley
All new bottom end rebuild everything new pistons and rings big ends mains uprate doil pump from burtons.
Stage 1 techni clutch organic clutch
Running 1 bar boost
Baileys dump valve
Baileys oil seperator
Cossie piperX Air filter


The car was doing 190.1 before i put the stage 2 chip and beige injectors bigger turbo stage 2 head and kent cam. that was 190.1 with a fucked turbo and engine low oil pressure. what should i be aiming at bin told by pj motorsport and castle performance that 210-220bhp. wathca think

Should be 200+bhp but what the + bit is will need a set of rollers I would guess at 215-220bhp as the injectors will be struggling much past that point

What do you mean by + bit. the beige injectors will be struglling past that did you say then mate yeah i'm getting it rolling roaded and tuned when its done its 1000m run in how's your's doing now then mate

Sorry mate what I meant was what over the 200 mark it would be.

iirc the beige's are maxed out at about 225-230bhp but I'm sure a more techy person will be able to advise in more detail

Do you mean by a set off rollers a rolling road sorry for bein a bit thick. the car's coming of the road whent he tax is up 31nov then the engine's coming out and all the engine bay resprayed it goes in for its respray next month with new filler cap and new rear arches. going to spend some more money again when its off the road cossie front brakes and 2wd cossie rear brakes new s2 lsd gearbox goint to get a good second hand loom for the enginew bay and interior dash, relocate the battery to the boot as its in the glove box now. all new chrome and roose blue hoses. new 15"tsw freeze alloys then magazine. when it was on the stand last year at forr fair it was going to go in a mag just had to get the filler cap done richard xr2i1800 was the owner then. i'm also getting some standard bumpers and green piping for the car abd selling the smoothed bumpers.

cheers for that the turbo is awesome had it off a lad at work his mate had it brand new. he said it wad suppose to be bentley spec. no to sure on that but it does go well even though i can only drive it to 4g for the time being once its run in then i'm putting the stage 2 chip in and beiges. i'm just goiong to change the car make it my own i love the look of the car a guy around the corner is repainting the car so it should be on the nationals stand in august with the club ive joined

CheeRS for that i'll post the results when i get it rolling roaded and tuned i cant wait for next month it goes in for respray and all the welding done so it should look mint after back to its former glory

I got the t3 and the chip with the standard injectors any idea what sort of bhp they will max out at im told they are plenty good enuff. also ive had cams b4 got recommended kent cams are they gunna mess up my idle coz at the mo its calm and my last cam was a bucking bronco nightmare
