What is the supressors job and how do you test?
I have uploaded photo of the part

There is 12 volts going into the suppressor from the green/red wire coming from - coil.

After suppressor out wire to speed sensor module/fuel pump relay there is only 0.29 ish volts coming from green/red

 

To prevent interference on the radio.

should the volts drop from 12 volts to 0.29 volts after passing through it?

 

Probably, as it's only a small capacitor, essentially.

This would not cause running problems.

The coil green/red goes to suppresspr then from there to the speed sensor module then the fuel relay safety module then to the rpm rev counter, as my rev counter not working either....?
And the fuel pump relay aka safety module senses ignition pulses, and cuts the fuel supply if the ignition pulses stop
So where does it pick up ignition pulses.... anyone??
