Default misfire problem

hey all,

got a bit of a problem,

just rebuilt the engine in my 16i, today was the day to start it up, which it did but she will not run properly below about 3000 rpm.

plugs 3 and 4 have no spark

it ran fine before it got taken apart, checked all the wiring for continuity between the engine bay and ECU plug thats all fine

could it be the ECU had it??

anyone got any other ideas??

Ben,

Checkout my post (RS1600i for Sale) Streetsleeper has explained a few things - I have a similair problem which is one of the coils breaking down (think so anyway).
