mk 6 escort v6 engine?
has anyone put a v6 engine out of a st24 into a mk 6 escort????????

thanks but i wanted to know how easy or hard the conversion is???????
id just buy a whole car as they are cheap anyways but thanks anywayz matey

Anything is possible, but a V6 in a mk6 Escort is pushing it a bit.
Look for an RS2000 engine, still a few about.

they will go but its a lot of work, fit a rs2000 engine much easyer

its been done but you need a diferent box cause the v6 one is to wide for the engine bay. and i dont know which one

its been done but upsets the handling due to all the weight over the front wheels on a relativley light car, an rs turbo engine would be cheaper and with a few relativley cheap mods would be faster as well
