Default Best insect remover?

washed the cossie on friday, took it for a bit of a run yesterday and its covered in dead insects
is there anything i can use to just quickly remove them? spray on wipe off that wont take all the wax etc. off?
I cant be bothered washing the car everytime i drive it

Sand paper or sqouring pad. when I do my mums I just rub harder with a cloth

If you can use it immediately after a run then I would try Meguiars Quick Detailer spray. I believe you can get it from Halfords.

However if the insects have been there a while then I can't see what other solution you could use other than something specifically designed for the task in hand.

autoglym fast glass, sounds odd but great for bugs on glass and paint, just wash it off after.

I had that, washed the car nicely on friday i think it was, then went out for a run somewhere down the motorway for 30mins, when we got back my windscreen was splattered with bugs

i do this on the van, but it's a bit of a struggle so something that is a direct "fire at will" and vapirisies the muck would be spot on

and i could claim it on expenses
