Sounds a good method mate.
Not really worth changing until you run out of something

By looking at what you do it must take you ages.I get bored after the first 3 hours of cleaning and polishing my car.

I wouldn't bother drying the car then claying it, you might aswell just clay the car while wet but still use lube.

You didn't list it, but I assume you rewash the car after claying?

Process:

Wheels/tyres/arches cleaned
Snowfoam car, leave to swell for 5-10minutes,depends on how hot the day is and if you are doing this in direct sunlight(you dont want it drying in)

Rinse
foam(remove bugs,TFR,and dirt from awkward places)
wash
rinse
de-tar
wash
rinse
clay
wash
rinse
dry

then it is up to you where to go from there, wether you polish by hand or take a machine to it

Your forgetting your wheels, i presume you use a specific wheel cleaning product since you go to the trouble of doing all that???
Started using "Mucoff" wheel cleaner, seems pretty good, or Bilberry which i think is basically the same.
Also, as someone has said above, I usually clay the car when it's still wet and 80% of the time don't even bother using the spray lube, I prefer to keep the paint wet and rinse after i've done a small section.
I can't reccomend using a G220 for applying polish and using sealant afterwards enough, makes all the effort last a long time. No point in spending hours getting a good finish and washing it off in minutes.
