Default Snow Foam

I am looking for a decent snow foam that doesn't strip all my wax off, first go.

I want to use it as a pre-wash only when the car is really dirty, to get the worst off.

Has any one got any recommendations?

Thanks,
Gav

I use this

With just a splash of this

It wont take the wax of if mixed right i use about 1 cm of snow foam and 2 quick squirts of the maxi suds works a treat

Thanks for your replys.

Do you add Maxi suds for extra foam or extra cleaning power?
Maxi suds is it any good as a shampoo, I use Meguiars NTX shampoo or Liquid Gold at the moment.

no mate we just use a mixture of high foaming TFR and normal foam from autoglym in a 250L barrel. 4 5 litre tubs of high foaming TFR, 1 normal TFR foam and then get the rest with water mate. we have a jag XJS that comes in every couple of days for a wash and every weekend it has a wax and from first wash after that til the next wax it stays on perfect.

Maxi suds is a shampoo which i only use with the snow foam so helps with the cleaning but i use Meguiars shampoo plus when i have to shampoo the car. Forgot to add top up the mix with warm water.

With that mix i dont normally have to shampoo the car during the summer as it takes the dirt off without touching it.

Ive not used the NTX or liquid gold so cant really comment

We use Meguiars Hyper Wash; it's incredibly gentle yet cleans well, offers great value for money (costs £22.53 for 3.78L, but the dilution ratio is a staggering 400 parts water to 1 part product) and does not need to be used with anything else to generate thick clingy foam. More information about the use of foam, plus example images of Hyper Wash performance, can be viewed on this link...
