I have just got a new car which was polished by the main delaer but it has polish on the rear ford badge, how can I get this off? I have tried fast glass, tar spot remover, wheel cleaner and polish ( to see if this would break it down) but nowt has worked. Any thoughts?

I just don't know, I bought the car second hand as a 55 fiesta and it has this polish on the badge, so whatever Arnold Clark use! I have T-cut it and polished and waxed the bodywork. The main paint now looks as good as a three year old ex-mobility car could without machine polishing it as it has obviously been through a couple of car washes in its life! What can I do as its the only thing that looks sloppy. I mean its never going to be concours, its clean and useable at best. But ts just annoying that I cant get this stuff off.

 

It all else fails replace the badge
