im the mean time you should wash the car with the 2 bucket method then use either clay lube or a strong mix of sonus gloss shampoo with water in a spray bottle
i knead the clay a little in my hand to make it a bit softer make in to a cookie shape (flat disk)
lube a panel at a time rub gently accross the panel applying a littlew pressure you may feel it dragging (use more lube) it can cause marring light scratches you first stage polish will remove them so dont worry too much gren clay is much less likely to do this as it is finer i do a panel at a time keep kneading the clay to move dirty areas into the clay pick out any large bits picked up by it if you drop the clay it is dead and you must not use it again as it will damage your paint
after all panels done i usually wash car agin with lambs wool mitten and 2 buckets then start to polish with my first stage (normally a test with final finish to see if it will do enough work on the paint if not i got to intensive polish by menzerna) sonus sfx 1 then 2 then 3 is easy to use and the system can be followed simply.
