I just cleaned up the underseal with a wire brush on a drill...then went over with brake cleaner and gave it a good scrub then painted it with silver hammerite

Im currently using an angle grinder with a knotted wire wheel to remove all of the underseal and paint from the floor of my sapphire. It comes off a treat!

Quite messy though
