Default detailing stages

right, i've been reading up on detailing for a while and used my mates pc a couple of times and have got ok results with basic off the shelf products. now i've just bought a pc and am getting into a bit more and was just wondering where glazes and sealants fit into the process?

at the min i wash, clay, wash, megs paint clean, megs polish (can't remember which one!), megs gold class wax.

i've been lookin at gettin some poorboys products as thaey sound good but as said above where do the likes of glazes and sealants fit in?

cheers boys

Hi mate,

Your basic procedure should be:

Wash
Clay
Polish
Glaze
Seal
Wax.

You'll notice the difference switching from the products you currently use to more dedicated ones
