Default Paint / Powder coating

Hi all,

I need some advice on refurbing a few parts.

The first is the wheel bearing hubs. I've removed from the car and cleaned / sanded / grinded them clean and then painted with 2 part wheel caliper paint. But low and behold within a few weeks rust is coming through !! what product should I use ? considering the bearings are pressed in so powder coating would be costly.

The second is the underside of the car. I plan to steam clean the underside and prep any rusty areas but I'm not sure what product to paint with. I'm just after a nice clean durable finish ( not bodywork finish ) so if its rough due to a protective coating I'm happy.

Any help would be appreciated

Many thanks
