Default So last night...

I washed my car, with a lambs wool mitt, and dried her with a mircofibre. Looked really nice.

Overnight it rained. That rain that leaves sandy stuff on the car. I'm guessing it needs washing again - as the lambswool mit is best way of removing the the dust without scratching?

The best rule of thumb is that quick detailer is okay only for wiping down a clean car, that has perhaps stood in the dry.

As soon as the car has been rained on, it'll need to be washed properly, as using QD will mark the paint.

So , no, QD is best avoided after rain! Time to get the buckets out again
