No, but the old chestnut of certain processor's working with certain boards has not gone away.
It's a decent spec m8, is it not overkill for what you use it for ? If I had that, i would fill it with 8 gig of ram, and 2 mega fast graphics cards

im looking for summit that will last me for a couple of years too
Take my advice, stay away from GigaByte motherboards... the newest ones have "SMART" cpu fan systems which slow the fan and turn it off according to the CPU heat unfortunatly its crap and is only good for frying you CPU, ive sold 3 of the recent Gigabyte boards and all of them had that problem :S

i know .. it was fun trying to sit there as it kept falling over
need to rotate it 90 degrees so the case fan pulls out aswell
its bigger than stu's
the vanes are a 120mm cube only just fits in the case
