Right, ive got Outlook Express, Internet Explorer and Show Destop on my quick launch buttons.

It worked fine for a few days then this happend...



I get a new icon every time I reboot and it seems to be random. Any ideas what to do other than send Bill Gates a bomb?

If I untick "Display Quick Launch" in the settings and then re-enable them they display correct but as soon as I reboot I get random icons.

Ive found a knowledgebase arcticle about this on the microsoft website but all it says is that Service Pack 2 will fix this.

Already got SP2 installed

 

What happens if you change the windows desktop theme ? Does it make any differance ?

 

It somehow sorted itself after a few days but I dont know why.
