Having issues at work with dropbox, We switched from a VPN to and from our server at work to avoid the log on issues we have and save-over issues.

Only problem being that unless everyone has the same pro account, the file we all access overloads your own account so for us all to have that reliability iots going to cost a lot of money and we'll each have 100gb accounts on a 10gb file....

Are there any other better alternatives?

Does google drive drop a shortcut on your desktop so you just work from it as though it was a file on your PC/server?
