Default PhotoShop

My partner needs PhotoShop but it seems you can no longer buy the software,
They have moved over to a monthly subscription fee,

Does anyone know of anywhere where it can still be purchased?

Amazon sells boxed versions.

It might be worth considering the subscription though as CS6 will set you back Ł650, even much older versions liked CS3 are still around Ł400-500.
