I got it for Xmas aswell really like but only had it on for a few hours and completed the campaign and haven't got live so bit disappointed really it could have been longer but still good game

I have it on the ps3, and have Battlefield 2 on the pc, don't run on windows 7 tho, will only work on xp. Played wake island today for the first time, took a while to remember where everything was. Had some right muppets driving tanks today

i know what you mean about bf2, i think it was so original for its online gameplay that it really had that wow factor, everything else seems like a copy. don't get me wrong bf3 is an amazing update to it.

i've just ordered a RAZER NOSTROMO pad as the keyboard gets a bit awkward so see if they improves things.

I have it on PS3 but just cant get used to it, got COD so playing that at the moment. might give it another try by the sounds of it though.

I bought my old man this for xmas, bought it out of HMV so box was already opened so "tested it out" for him to make sure it worked ok, only played the single player campaign but was impressed realism wise.

Yeah i get kicked out alot too (ps3), apparently its the EA server... My mate gets it on his xbox too!
one thing i found helps is dont do quick game, go to server browser and pick a game with full signal

im toying with getting this on ps3,i loved cod mw2 and still play it but i bought mw3 on launch and have tried it about 5 or 6 times and hate it! cant figure why its so different. but im unsure whether to risk wasting the money on bf3 if i dont like it

I really enjoyed this game last night after getting into the online modes better.

The CO-OP games were fun in the helicopter.

Have only got to level 2 on the online mode as only played it for a very short time but it's so much better that COD, can enjoy playing it and not just run round shooting like mad.

think thats the bit that makes this game tbh .. the online part .. after watching the youngest one here playing cod .. its all small scale no real tactics involved no effort needed to play the game really ...
cant really run in unless you have a squad around you giving you support ....

It is massive, I can't seem to talk many of my COD mates into getting it as they all say theyve heard it's shit but they havent even tried it lol

Also I have got the online BattleLog on the PC via there email and shows loads of info.

Got it for Xmas too, after playing COD years ago on pc it's quite an improvement very addictive didn't go to bed till 3am was in Iran shooting and stuff as ya do!!! Our lass isn't too impressed as I've spent most of Xmas on it, well she bought it!!!

You enter the online pass by going to the playstation store, then redeem codes, enter the code that came with it and away ago, assuming of course you didn't buy it second hand, in which case you're fucked

I would assume then that you are trying to get in a game with the map pack you don't have, you can't play maps Strike At Karkang, Gulf Of Oman, Wake Island, or Sharqi Peninsula.

I bought this on ps3 the other day from tesco at 25quid.only playing campaign at the mo as i want to get used to it but i already prefer it over mw3 tbh.takes a bit of getting used to with the guns.and the tanks are hard!
