what good programs are there for free to clean/speed up my pc?
ive got ccleaner, adaware, anitmalware malwarebytes.

any others worth getting?

ive run them and run disc cleaner and gunna let it do a defrag today to see if it helps but my laptops gone really slow recently and theres not a lot of stuff on it. i only really use it go surf the web.

Your'e not on sky are you? a few weeks back, mine was terrible for a week, then its ok again, a bloke i work with is now saying his is shit slow all of a sudden, he's with sky also!!
