windows 7

my laptop is running windows 7, when i try to connect my video camera it tells me it cant find the drivers to run it, help me please as i need to down load the camera hdd

Does the camera have a memory card? If so have you tried taking it out and putting it in the card reader? (i presume your laptop has one).

no memory car fitted at the mo, just using the camera hard drive
