Default iTunes help!

Thought I would ask before I try and cock it up and brake something.

The other week my laptop died, shop wanted £250 to fix it so got a new one instead.

Basically what i need to do is to get my old itunes on to my new laptop.

I have transferred all the old music from my hard drive of the old laptop (using a HDD case) to the new from the itunes folder so do all I need to do now is download itunes on to my new laptop and file transfer it?

Instructions need to be simple for me as I am crap!

Many thanks in advance
