I have Kaspersky internet security 2009, am quite happy with it, but am missing quite a few emails lately, could the kaspersky be stopping them ?
I have not changed any setting just installed straight off of disc,
Please help, as I'm crap with compy's, thanks

Your ISP could be blocking them as Spam.

 

Thanks Adrian, I did remember after posting that I had this prob once before and phoned plusnet and they had cocked up by not chaging a setting thier end that time, then all was well, they're very helpful so will check the spam settings then get onto them if no joy.

Double check your firewall hasn't blocked access.
