The disk drive is foobar froze up loading a game and now it dose not even recognize a disk.. was just about to kick tommys arse too .. Went on the interweb and found this number 08705998877' The guy on the other end was helpful run through a few checks like putting a normal DVD in etc gave him the serial no' and as the icon in the top right corner was there he said it would be FOC

they just replaced mine when it broke plus my psp whe that broke...sony are really good with exchanges.oooh and mine was over 12months old and they didnt even ask for a reciept clearly i didnt tell them it ws tht old
