Does anybody else have the problem of "You have been disconnected from the server" message when trying to race online?
It usually happens just before the race starts.
Everyone is on the track and about to start when the message comes up and chucks you out.
It happens up to 10 times in a row and i struggle to race at all!!

Is this a problem at my end or something to do with the host?

 

Go in to your Network setting and find out what your NAT settings are. Type 1 & 3 give connection problems, ideally you want NAT 2.

 

When i'm on the connection screen in game it says at the bottom NAT 2. But will check the settings again.
Only been happening the last month.

 

If it's NAT 2 then you should be fine..

Is your Router actually dropping the internet connection? Do you have to sign back in to PSN?

 

No thats the strange thing. It stays connected all the time. Boots me out of the race screen and then i cant race for 10 or so try's.
Then i'll manage a race and then i cant get into a race again for a while.

Proper annoying me cause i keep beating everyone when they race properly. lol
