I am truly fucked off with Demon and their ridiculously bad telephone support - they say my router is faulty, even though i have tried 3 different routers of various models, and also that my nintendo wii is the reason that my router loses sync with the phone exchange they wont send BT/Openreach out because it's a problem with my equipment, when it fucking sure as hell isn't. I've changed the microfilters countless times as well

Anyway, they can stick it. I've signed up with IDNet after seeing some good reports on thinkbroadband. Same price as what i pay now, includes fixed IP etc. Can't get cable where i live so ADSL is the only option....

It's only a 30 day contract so if they are gash i can sack them off and go somewhere else, i've been told webtapestry are good but they look a bit tin-pot (their website is fecking horrid)


Anyone using IDNet, what are they like?
