Default Back up question

..Yet another question

After having my laptop go walk-abouts last year. I lost a lot of info on it

I'd hate to go down that road again. Is there anyway or anything that will enable me to save all or nearly all of the stuff on both my laptop and home PC?

IT at work are fucking useless in explaining in layman terms so I thought I'd ask the Pro's on here

I use it at home and work, and i can back up the entire network with it from my Base PC, thats 3pcs AND 3 Laptops, and roll out the backups to them all from base if required. Will even refit to bare metal PC and sort the driver issues out.

Its feature of mounting a backup as a disk image is immense for pulling off recently lost files. I have a dedicated Raid 10 server backing up each PC every 3 hrs on our gigabit wired network.

Thanks, its so much easier when things are explained like that

I lost so much info and really regret not having done something about it. Its took me up until now to replace most of it I certainly don't want to go down that road again!

I'll have to try and tempt Eagle over with some biscuits and beer to do an install for me Pete! ......
