what you want is this http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/

That will not only delete cookies but loads of other unnecessary files on your pc, for a full list check on the website above

Before using it, its worth noting it will mean you have to retype passwords and usernames to any websites you have an account on, so make sure you remembered them all

you will be amazed at how much space it free's up on your hard drive, thats assuming you dont do regular "maintenance" on the pc
