Any ideas lads? i'm sure it's not my connection as firefox i'm looking at about 3 seconds max to load pages, ie7 it's about 25 seconds for the same page

i've reinstalled IE and checked/cleared viruses/ad-aware with noadaware and avg.

any ideas what i can try next?

 

i think i've fixxed it now!

 

What was the problem? incase anyone else ever has the same problem
