i recently purchased a photo editing programm and while im working on it it keeps saying that this programm has encountered a problem and needs to close anybody got a reason why this could be happnin?

What is the programme exactly? have you tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling?

 

does it give you an error code ?

whats the app and version number , whats your OS...if its windows is it XP pre SP2 ?
